Studying appearance of “green” processors Core 2 Quad
On January, 18th the company of Intel not only has sharply reduced the prices for many 4-cores processors Core 2 Quad, but also has released three “green” models with level TDP no more than 65 Watt. The most efficient processor, Core 2 Quad Q9550s, works on frequency of 2.83 GHz, its frequency clone had till now level TDP no more than 95 Watt.
This week processors Core 2 Quad with suffixes “s” in names of models have appeared in some shops, and we had an opportunity visually to estimate differences of these processors from the more “gluttonous” clones.
